About Urban Cycles

Urban Cycles is an independent bike shop and repair workshop on Victoria Road East in Hebburn, established in 2022 and run by a mechanic with nearly twenty years of experience. Primarily a repair and servicing business, it also sells parts, accessories, used bikes and a small selection of new bikes, offering a genuine local alternative to online retailers and chain stores for keeping a bike on the road. It keeps its customers up to date through an active Facebook page, where it posts repairs, bikes for sale and workshop news. For cyclists across Hebburn and the surrounding area, it provides the kind of hands-on, knowledgeable service that is increasingly hard to find on the high street, and it fills a useful niche in the town's independent retail scene.
