Kumon Hebburn
Kumon maths and English study centre on the first floor of Hebburn Central, run by Instructor Trupti Jatania.
About Kumon Hebburn
Kumon Hebburn is the town's Kumon study centre, based on the first floor of Hebburn Central on Glen Street, alongside the library and pools. Run by Instructor Trupti Jatania, it teaches maths and English using the Kumon Method, in which children work through short, carefully graded worksheets at their own pace, building accuracy, speed and confidence through regular practice.
Students visit the centre during set study hours on Wednesday afternoons, Thursday early evenings and Saturday mornings, spending around 30 minutes per subject, and complete worksheets at home on the other days. Lessons can also be taken online, and Kumon Connect, the digital worksheet platform, is available. Fees are a monthly charge per subject plus a one-off registration fee; check the centre's page for current prices and to book a free assessment.
